Mr. Dharmesh Gupta
Mr. Dharmesh Gupta, The Managing Director of Dhanesha Crop Science Pvt. Ltd., holds an MBA (Master in Business Administration) in Marketing and Finance.
He worked in the Agrochemical Industry for 24 years before launching Dhanesha Crop Science Pvt Ltd. His journey started as Management Trainee in the year 1999 with Bharat Insecticides Limited and reached to the level of Managing Director at Bharat Certis AgriScience Ltd. (formerly known as Bharat Insecticides Limited) in the year 2020 and held the position till 2022.
The organization will achieve greater heights with extensive professional knowledge of Mr. Dharmesh Gupta in various fields including Sales & Marketing, Production, Fiscal Management, General Administration & Information Technology. As a visionary leader his top priorities are to develop growth strategies, build a strong leadership team and explore better technologies globally for sustainable Agriculture.
The three noble teachings of his parents, Late Shri Ram Kumar Gupta and Late Smt. Bhanti Devi are discipline, dedication and sincerity. Dharmesh has always found inspiration from these teachings. A saying that his mother constantly taught him to remember goes, "A leaning tree bears more fruit" (झुके हुए वृक्ष अधिक फल देते हैं)
Mr. Dharmesh aims to establish Dhanesha as a successful Agri-input provider with his passion, determination and farsightedness. We are confident that by engaging all the stakeholders, the company will achieve new heights under his dynamic leadership.
